As a lifelong resident of Franklin County with 23 years of experience working in the PA's office, the new Franklin County Property Appraiser is proud to serve the community. He is the son of Terry Tipton, Sr. and the late Shirley Tipton. He attended Chapman Elementary School in Apalachicola and graduated from Apalachicola High School in 1997. He is married to Lizzy, his favorite person, who works as a Music Teacher at Apalachicola Bay Charter School. He serves as the keyboardist, Worship Leader, and Christian Education Director at their local church, Apalachicola FPHC.
